Pricing

What CommsOS costs is right here.

No volume discounts, no minimum term, no price on request. We show your providers where your prices are above the market. It would be strange if you had to call us first to find out what you pay.

The pricing metric

We count providers. Not people.

A provider is a provider relationship. Whether it covers 12 or 12.000 SIM cards, licences or locations: Vodafone is one provider, Microsoft is one provider.

A company with 10.000 employees therefore pays no more than one with 200, provided its provider landscape is equally complex. This is honest, as our work actually depends on the number of providers rather than the number of cards.

Your legal entities are the second axis. An organisation with few providers but many legally independent entities still has real complexity. The higher tier always applies.

Additional services

Software is a subscription. Our work has a fixed price.

What we build once and all clients use is included in the plan. What exists only for you has a fixed price. This distinction is transparent at every point, and we do not depart from it.

Managed Onboarding

Fixed price

You send us what you have. We record contracts, invoices and terms, clean up the master data and hand over a fully populated portal. If you upload the data yourself, there is no charge for this.

System integration

Fixed price after assessment

Integration with SAP, DATEV, ServiceNow or your ERP, individual field mappings, migration from a legacy system. API access itself is included in Enterprise.

Tendering & procurement

Project-based

Market enquiry, negotiation, tendering, implementation. Always optional and never a prerequisite for using the portal. We offset your subscription fees for the last twelve months against procurement remuneration.

Questions

What procurement and IT ask first.

What counts as one provider?

One provider relationship. Vodafone is one provider, whether it covers a mobile framework agreement with twelve cards or also fixed-line services, IoT and several locations with twelve thousand cards. We never count contracts, as “contract” can mean everything or nothing depending on how it is counted, and never users, as the number of people in the portal says nothing about its value.

Why do you not charge per user?

Because it creates the wrong incentives. With a price per person, a company with ten thousand employees thinks carefully about who gets access, and ultimately no one who needs to see the figures does so. All users are included in every CommsOS plan.

What happens if I add more providers than my plan covers?

Nothing is blocked and there is no immediate invoice. We contact you, and the next plan applies at the next renewal. Complete data is the entire point of the portal; we do not create a barrier to it.

How am I classified if providers and legal entities fall into different plans?

The higher tier applies. A group with a single provider but 41 legal entities is Corporate rather than Business. The same applies the other way round.

Is the initial analysis really free?

Yes, in every plan and also without a plan. You upload your documents, we build your cockpit from them and show you what we see: outstanding deadlines, unused licences, invoices above the agreed terms. You then decide. Without a credit card and without a minimum term.

Do you earn additional money from my tenders?

If you run a procurement process through us, yes, and we disclose this. To prevent a conflict of interest, we offset your subscription fees for the last twelve months against the procurement remuneration. Procurement is never a prerequisite for using the portal.

How does billing work?

By invoice, with a payment term and, on request, your purchase order number. No credit card, no self-service purchase in the portal: you request an offer, we agree the price, term and payment deadline, and then the invoice arrives by email. Payable by bank transfer or SEPA direct debit.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. All plans run monthly, with no minimum term and no notice period for cancellation at the end of the month. You can export all your data at any time.

What if we are larger than Enterprise?

Enterprise covers up to 200 providers, and legal entities are already unlimited from Corporate onwards. Beyond this, we deliberately do not quote a list price: at this scale, operational requirements, data storage and acceptance procedures are also involved, and these should be negotiated rather than capped. Start with one provider.

Send us the documents for a single provider. You receive your cockpit with your actual figures, free of charge and without obligation. You decide everything else afterwards.
