The portal for your IT procurement

Your IT budget is leaking money.

In two places that no one sees until someone checks the figures: contracts that renew automatically, and licences that no one uses any more. CommsOS makes both visible. All in one portal.

Who we are

No TEM tool. No tendering portal. The cockpit for your IT procurement.

No TEM tool, no tendering portal. You continuously see what you pay, what remains unused and when each contract requires a decision. We obtain the price for you from the market when you are ready.

TEM suites document what you have in your inventory.

We show what you pay and when you need to act, before the deadline approaches.

Tendering tools only start when you initiate the process.

Early warnings for each contract, continuously and beyond the procurement process.

Direct sales sells its own portfolio.

Several competing offers, with full disclosure of how we are paid.

Comparison based on publicly available product descriptions, as at June 2026. Brand names serve solely as examples of categories. Comparative advertising under §6 of the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG).

What must be cancelled, and by when.

Every contract with its final cancellation date, notice period and annual value, sorted by the time remaining to act. With early warnings before a contract renews automatically.

FAQ

What you want to know.

What does CommsOS do for me in practice?

You see your contracts, licences and invoices in one place: every notice deadline in good time, every invoice checked against the agreed price, every unused licence identified.

Comms Connect obtains the market price for you through procurement. You receive an initial assessment of your contracts within two working days from a person working in procurement. We do not promise savings in advance, as they only arise through competing offers.

What does it cost me?

Nothing to get started.

The initial analysis is free. You see your figures before making a commitment. With one provider, CommsOS One remains permanently free.

The full portal starts at 499 € per month excluding VAT, Corporate at 1.999 €, Enterprise at 4.999 €. All users are included. Billing is based on providers and legal entities, never per person. Cancellable monthly.

All prices are published openly on commsos.de/en/pricing. Tendering and implementation are separate and always optional.

Do you earn money from the providers you recommend to me?

We state it openly: CommsOS comes from Comms Connect, a partner of the major carriers and distributors for years. These procurement processes are precisely how we know the prices at which agreements are actually concluded.

Where procurement is handled through us, the providers pay us for it. We disclose which route costs you less before you decide, and you can conclude any procurement process without us.

How does electronic signing work in CommsOS?

You have contracts and documents signed directly from CommsOS. Your contracting parties use a link and a code sent by email, without their own account. You can sign in the portal yourself. The audit trail records timestamps, capacity and confirmed authority to represent. The completed PDF is sealed, receives a timestamp and can be verified publicly for authenticity.

CommsOS uses a simple electronic signature. It is valid for contracts without a statutory form requirement and is therefore suitable for most B2B contracts. It is unsuitable where the law requires written or notarial form.

The feature is included in Corporate at 1.999 €/month and in Enterprise. To activate it, your administrator concludes a supplementary Data Processing Agreement in the portal.

Which questions does the assistant in the portal answer?

The assistant answers questions about your own data: contracts, providers, deadlines and phone numbers. For example: “Which contracts expire in the next 90 days?”

The system calculates dates and remaining periods. These calculations are performed without a language model.
